As the year winds down, we want to take a moment to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the lovely guests who visited Tom's Hut this year. Whether you joined us for a weekend getaway, a special stopover or were just passing through, we hope you found the little hut ready and dressed to welcome you.

Wreath Making and Winter Stargazing

This year, we really enjoyed diving into wreath making to celebrate the winter solstice. It was a creative way to embrace the festive spirit once Tom had made the outside craft table! December also brought the Ursid Meteor Shower and we even caught sight of some shooting stars during our late-night orchard walks with Sally Dog. What a perfect way to wrap up the year!

Chickens and New Beginnings

In 2025, we embraced a fun new project by rearing our own chickens in Tom's mini hut and we hope that 2026 will be the "Year of the Egg".

For those who made the journey to Pool Hill and enjoyed life in the slow lane, we wish you all a positive and fulfilling start to 2026. Remember, if you’re still contemplating those half-finished bottles and need a spark of inspiration for a fresh start, think of Tom's Hut. No crowds, no drama—just cozy!
